We offer a broad range of psychometric and team assessments, for recruitment and selection, development, and culture. In partnership with Proof of Character, clinical assessments are available for psychological early intervention, wellbeing, fitness for work, and workplace mental injury.

How can organisations best achieve both increased impact and financial sustainability? We undertake market scans, trend analysis, and business model development, and support our clients fundraising, business development and financing capabilities.

We also work with funders to create lasting change. We work with philanthropists, foundations, governments and business to develop a vision for their contribution, and structure and support engagement and plans to maximise funding effectiveness. We design feedback and evaluation systems to improve ongoing decision making, and ensure initiatives and programs adapt to changing conditions.

PARTNERING

Collaboration across organisations, sectors, and technical specialisations is critical for a more inclusive and sustainable world. Single-entity interventions are too narrow in their approach and too restricted in their reach to solve the complexity of sustainable development. However, working in new ways across traditional boundaries remains extremely challenging, and partnerships often fall short of expectations.
